Chapter 3

Reading a lot of the hereditary parts was something that came easily for me to remember, from taking Biology last semester and it was a nice refresher that kept me looking for information that I had not really gotten either a grasp on or any knowledge basis of. One thing i enjoyed reading was the section about additive heredity something so simple as shades of eye or hair or skin coloring to hair consistency whether curly or not, these small examples were something that i had always wondered about knowing how my family is that came before me and seeing some unique features that keep me significantly different to them. Another part i found to be interesting so far is the section on clones which i feel is not regularly talked about anymore. The concept of having an exact replica as the original copy is interesting thinking that it is artificial as opposed to natural. I look forward to learning more about this section due to only having gotten a general overview of the section.
